The aquarium is handicap accessible and also has wheelchair rentals available.
The Volunteer Park Conservatory has 10,400 square feet of greenhouse featuring thousands of plants including tropical and subtropical collections. The parking and conservatory is wheelchair accessible, and remember it's a greenhouse so dress for a warm and humid climate!
Seattle has hundreds of stores to browse, and many malls. Spend a day at Pike Place Market or Uwajimaya in Seattle’s International District and you can shop or browse for hours without getting wet!
From the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room to Theo Chocolate, there are thousands of options when you want to go out for a meal on a rainy day. If you want to make an evening of it check out Teatro Zinzanni for an excellent dinner and a show combination.
There are all kinds of theaters in town, so grab a listing and find a show you'll enjoy. Paramount Theatre, the 5th Avenue, and ACT Theater are just a few examples of the excellent theaters in town.
